Martinique is a very cozy two bedroom two bath ocean front home where you can sit and relax inside or out.

One level living space provides easy access and makes this a perfect place to spend a long weekend or rent it by the month. With the beamed ceilings in all rooms, the house feels larger than it really is.  The combined living room and dining area have large windows facing the ocean and also a glass slider to a wind protected deck right at the oceans edge.  One end of the living room has a built in book case with a 43" big screen  TV, DVD and stereo system.  There is a gas fireplace and oh...the views.  Watch the waves crash over the rocks on the beach, this is one of the best low bank ocean front views you will find.  The kitchen has newer oak cabinets, laminate floors and pass through counter to the dining area.  There are two bedrooms, a master with king bed and master bath with walk in shower and the second bedroom with a queen bed right across from the main bath with tub and shower combination.  This bath also has an area where you will find the laundry facilities.  There is a single car attached carport on the street side and a fenced in yard on the ocean side of the home.
